Demetree School of Real Estate

This is the 63-hour prelicensing class you need to get a real estate license in Florida. Take this class with Karen Climer. No one else teaches this class like Karen does.

Meets Monday and Wednesday evenings for eight (8) weeks. The last night is the end-of-class exam. Student MUST take the end-of-class exam on the last day of class. No class on February 21.

Tuition is refundable prior to class starting minus a $50 cancellation fee and the cost of materials. If you transfer to another date before class begins, there is a $15 transfer fee. No refunds or exchanges are available after class begins. If you are not in class when it starts, class is still considered to have started, and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Cell phones, tablets, computers, and similar devices are not allowed in the classroom.

Florida Statute requires students to attend, and only allows eight (8) hours of absence for any reason. There are no “excused” or “unexcused” absences. Students who are ill or exhibiting symptoms of an illness are not permitted to attend class.

This class will be in-person, in a classroom. It is not a livestream class. If, at the time of the class, there is a stay-home order for Orlando, Orange County, or Florida, it will transition to a livestream class.

Price is $295 if registered prior to January 1. Price is $325 beginning January 1.
