You finished the 63-hour pre-licensing class. You aced the class test. Now you want a fast-paced cram review to increase your odds on the state exam. Or maybe you’ve taken the exam a few times and want the next attempt to be your last attempt. This is the class you need. Taught by Karen Climer. Includes Florida Real Estate Exam Manual. Students need to provide their own calculator (not a cell phone) on Friday.

This class usually sells out. Early registration and payment is recommended. You must call to pay. We won't hold your place until you make a payment.

Tuition is $175 if paid one week in advance. After that, tuition is $195 regardless of when you registered. To pay in advance, call 407-456-3448 to make payment.

Tuition is refundable prior to class starting minus a $50 cancellation fee and the cost of materials. If you transfer to another date before class begins, there is a $15 transfer fee. No refunds or exchanges are available after class begins. If you are not in class when it starts, class is still considered to have started, and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Cell phones, tablets, computers, and similar electronic devices are NOT permitted in the classroom.

This class is taught in a classroom in Orlando. It is not a livestream course. Should the state, county, or city implement a stay-home order, class will transition to livestream.
